     President of the people's Republic of China Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the general debate of the 75th session of the United Nations General Assembly on September 22: "Announced that China will increase its nationally determined contribution, adopt more powerful policies and measures, strive to peak carbon dioxide emissions before 2030, and strive to achieve carbon neutrality before 2060."

      At the Climate Ambition Summit on December 12, President of the people's Republic of China Xi Jinping delivered an important speech entitled "Building on Past achievements and Opening up a New Journey for the Global Response to Climate Change", and proposed 3 initiatives:        团结一心，开创合作共赢的气候治理新局面。

    Unite and create a new situation of climate governance with win-win cooperation.

    Boost ambition and form a new climate governance system that everyone can do their best.
